Progress: Step 1 of 4
You can choose to have your blind made to fit inside the recess of your window or to fit on the outside of the window recess. PLEASE NOTE: The width of the fabric on a roller blind IS NOT the width of the blind! The width of a roller blind is the overall width from the outside of the bracket on one side of the blind, to the outside of the bracket on the other side.
This is the measurement you need to give us if you want the blind to fit inside your window recess. We will make a deduction from your measurements so your blind will easily fit into your window recess .
This is the measurement you need to give us if you want the blind to hang outside your window recess. We will make your blind exactly to these measurements.
Straight: Your blind will have a straight finish at the bottom
Scallop: The scallop of your blind will be made with two layers of fabric which will be bonded together
Turret: Your blind will be made with the pole colour of your choice at the bottom of the blind
Note: For technical & quality reasons, we cannot offer every style finish for every fabric.
Braid is the binding (or piping) at the end of a roller blind. It gives the blind a more finished look. A roller blind with a scalloped end can look a little unfinished without braid at the bottom of the scallop, so we offer braid as standard. We will choose a braid to colour co-ordinate with your chosen blind colour.
Braid is the binding (or piping) at the end of a roller blind. It gives the blind a more finished look. Roller blinds with a turret shape can be made with or without braid, depending on your own preferences. If you would like braid on your blind, then we will choose a colour to co-ordinate with your chosen blind.
Your roller blind can be either spring operated or chain operated. Spring operated blinds require a pull in the centre while chain operated blinds can be specified with either a left-hand or right-hand chain.
You have chosen a spring operated blind and you now have a choice of different pulls, for pulling your blind up and down.
If you are ordering a cord or chain operated blind, you will receive a safety device with your blind to enable you to keep the cord or chain controls safely away from children. You must install the safety device at a minimum height of 150cm (approx 60 inches) from the floor, to comply with European child-safety regulations.
